Every 25th Candidate Gets a Special Gift
Linux Professional Institute (LPI) celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2024. To mark this milestone, we are offering something special:
From October to December 2024, every 25th candidate who takes one of our exams will receive a free voucher for their next exam. At the end of every month, we will determine the recipients of the vouchers by selecting every 25th candidate based on the date and time on which they wrote their exam. Winners will be contacted at the beginning of each month, beginning in November.

Switch to Linux and Save 25% on Linux Essentials
In support of the Upgrade to Linux initiative, LPI is offering a 25% discount on the exam for the Linux Essentials certificate to anyone who switches their operating system to Linux.
To receive the 25% discount, participants must:
- Post a photo of your running Linux device on social media (using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or Mastodon) and use the caption “I switched to Linux”
- Tag Linux Professional Institute and Upgrade to Linux
