2019 China Open Source Conference (COSCon19) will be held by KAIYUANSHE. 

KAIYUANSHE is a ground-up, vendor-neutral, pure volunteer-based, non-profit open source alliance in China with strong influence both domestically and abroad. KAIYUANSHE focuses on open source governance, global bridging, community development, and open source projects. The COSCon has focused on these four cores along the way.
