The Linux Professional Institute is proud to support the Croatian Linux Users’ Conference, also known as the Days of Open Computer Systems, a premier event that brings together leading IT companies and professionals from the region and beyond for 29 years running.
This year’s conference will take place on May 11th and 12th at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) in Zagreb, and is organized by two non-profit associations – HrOpen and HULK.
The conference is focused on free and open technologies, open source, open standards, and open operating systems, with an emphasis on developer and system-administrator topics. The website provides the list of speakers and a preliminary program, with keynote presentations by Marko Budiselić, co-founder and CTO of Croatian open-source companies Memgraph, and Jeffrey A. McGuire of Open Strategy Partners, as well as Lina Ceballos, project manager at Free Software Foundation Europe, and Zvonimir Sabljić, founder of Croatian open-source company Ptyhagora.
As a special offer to LPI members and followers, the organizers are providing a 10% discount on registration and ticket purchases with the code LPIDC23.
