Update on LPI activities in Japan

In June 2018 the Linux Professional Institute established a branch office in Tokyo. Until then, an agency, LPI-Japan, has been promoting and expanding LPIC, LPI headquarters and we respected that activity and we deeply appreciate it. However, now future Japanese promotion and communications on LPIC and LPI’s other certification activities will be carried out by LPI Tokyo office.

The activities of Linux Professional Institute Tokyo office include the following:

1. Issuing and sending LPI certificates

2. Support services for candidates and certificate holders

3. Promotion activities of LPIC and LPI certifications in Japan

4. Training partner certification and cooperative marketing activities

We are newly established organization, and there is much to learn so that we can do our best. We listen to feedback and will work to satisfy the needs of our community.
