Shipping of Certificates in Japan

Dear Successful LPI Candidates in Japan

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by the delay in the shipment of certificates.
Due to the effects of the new coronavirus, we have experienced and continue to experience various challenges in shipping from overseas.

Therefore, LPI Japan Chapter has renewed the certificate in consideration of the establishment of a system to ensure that it is delivered to you and for your future convenience.
We will start sending out the certificates in order from mid-November 2024, so please be patient.

If you have taken the exam by October 2024 and have not received your certificate by the end of 2024, or if you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact LPI Japan Customer Support at info-ja@lpi.org.

Please also note that after this matter is resolved, it will take at least 8 weeks to receive your certificate after you have been certified.
If you have not received the certificate for more than 3 months, please contact us at info-ja@lpi.org.
